Content Designer (Canva + Video Editing) for Soccer Training Business

About Us
We are XCell Soccer Training, a youth soccer development business based in Michigan, USA. Our mission is to help young players build confidence, improve technical skills, and stand out on their teams through professional, positive training.

We’re looking for a long-term part-time Content Designer who can help us create professional and consistent content for Instagram and other platforms.

Role & Responsibilities

-Create 4 posts per week (mix of Canva graphics and short 30-second video edits)

-Edit raw training videos (CapCut/Canva) , add text overlays, background music, adjust brightness, export in IG-ready format

-Design educational carousel posts and PDFs in Canva (we will provide brand kit + content ideas)

-Create miscellaneous posts (player spotlights, testimonials, motivational quotes, etc.)

-Deliver drafts for review/approval 1–2 times per week

-Keep all content consistent with our brand colors, fonts, and style



Requirements

-Strong Canva design skills

-Basic video editing experience (CapCut, InShot, Canva, or similar)

-You must have the CapCut tool - I will provide ONLY Canva - not CapCut

-Reliable communication

-Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines

-Creative mindset — ability to take raw content and make it look polished




Workload & Pay

-Approx. 5 hours per week

-$3-4 USD/hour to start ($60-80/month)

-Long-term role with potential for more hours as we grow
