Property Sourcing VA (UK Land & Commercial Focus)

We need a VA experienced in UK property research to source land & commercial opportunities in SE London & Kent. You will:
• Search Rightmove, Zoopla, EG Propertylink, Auctions, Planning Portals.
• Pull data on potential sites (location, size, planning history, vendor/agent).
• Enter into Google Sheets CRM.
• Produce initial lead packs (basic site info + photos + planning notes).

Requirements:
• Prior VA experience in UK property sourcing.
• Familiar with UK portals (Zoopla, Rightmove, Propertylink, Land Registry).
• Competent with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good English (spoken + written).
