Real Estate VA Needed | Cold Caller | $4–$7/hr + Bonuses

We are a real estate investment company focused on buying off-market properties in Florida.
We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Virtual Assistant to handle outbound cold calling and lead generation for motivated sellers.
You’ll be calling homeowners from our lists, engaging them using our proven scripts, and setting appointments for our acquisitions team.
Responsibilities
Make 150–250 outbound calls per day to property owners using a triple-line dialer (Mojo, Batch Dialer, or similar)
Follow our call scripts to qualify sellers and handle objections confidently
Ask key pre-screening questions about the property and seller situation
Accurately update CRM with call results and seller details
Set appointments for our acquisitions team when a lead is qualified
Follow up with leads consistently
Attend short weekly team check-ins for updates and feedback
Requirements
Fluent English with a neutral or light accent
Experience in real estate cold calling or telemarketing (U.S. market preferred)
Familiarity with tools like Mojo Dialer, Batch Dialer, or similar platforms
Basic knowledge of real estate wholesaling and motivated seller leads
Comfortable working U.S. Eastern Time Zone hours
Quiet workspace, stable internet, and good-quality headset

Hourly Rate: $4–$7/hour (based on experience)
Bonus: Performance-based commissions for every qualified lead or closed deal
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST
