Experienced Short-form Video Editor

We’re looking for a talented Short-Form Video Editor who can turn raw content into engaging, scroll-stopping videos. The ideal candidate knows how to edit in a way that grabs attention within the first 3 seconds, uses smooth transitions, sound effects, and background music that fit perfectly with the content, and creates videos that feel natural, clean, and professional.

Responsibilities:
Edit short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
Add sound effects and background music that enhance the video’s mood and storytelling
Use creative cuts, captions, and pacing to maximize viewer retention
Ensure each video matches the brand’s tone and style
Stay updated on trending editing styles and formats

Requirements:

Proven experience in short-form video editing
Strong sense of rhythm, pacing, and storytelling
Ability to make content fun, attention-grabbing, and shareable
Familiarity with editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, After Effects, etc.)
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
