GoHighLevel + Automation Specialist (Philippines-Based)

Job Description:
I run a mobile mechanic business in the U.S. and need someone to help build and manage an automation system that connects GoHighLevel, Jobber, QuickBooks, and possibly Alldata/Mitchell in the future.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Setting up GoHighLevel workflows (AI SMS replies, calendars, review requests, lead capture)
• Creating a job quoting flow (labor hours × $200/hr, but hidden from customers)
• Integrating Jobber for scheduling, dispatch, and invoicing
• Setting up Zapier/Make automations (to sync leads, jobs, and payments)
• Keeping our Google Sheet labor database updated until Alldata/Mitchell integration is ready
• Assisting with lead management, customer follow-ups, and simple dispatching

Requirements:
• Experience with GoHighLevel CRM (please show examples)
• Knowledge of Zapier/Make integrations
• Familiarity with Jobber or other service CRMs is a big plus
• Comfortable working U.S. hours (at least a 4-hour overlap)
• Strong English communication skills
