Job Description
We're seeking a creative and tech-savvy Marketing VA with exceptional marketing skills to help us stay on track with our video marketing schedule and client acquisition goals. If you're passionate about using AI tools to create compelling content and love producing engaging videos that drive results, this role is perfect for you!
Detailed Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Send daily progress reports detailing completed and ongoing tasks through our project management system
2. Create engaging blog posts on WordPress sites and newsletters using our SendPulse software tool, following our AI prompts and existing style guidelines
3. Produce and edit videos using Wondershare Filmora to create compelling marketing content that aligns with our brand
4. Design social media ads using Canva, adhering strictly to our templates and branding guidelines for consistent visual identity
5. Optimize marketing copy utilizing AI tools like ChatGPT to collate our content to craft attention-grabbing, SEO-optimized, and audience-targeted content with relevant hashtags
Required Technical Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role, you must have at least 3 years of professional experience with 2+ years in a similar marketing role, including:
1. WordPress blog writing - Proven ability to create engaging, SEO-friendly content
2. Video editing with Wondershare Filmora or similar tool - Experience creating professional marketing videos
3. Canva design skills - Proficiency in creating social media ads and marketing materials
4. AI tools proficiency - Advanced skills with ChatGPT and similar tools for content creation and document collation, including the use of AI agents

Basic Skills
You'll need to be comfortable using these tools (don't need to be an expert, but should be familiar):
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Communication platforms (Google Chat, Skype, Slack, email)
• Project management tools (Trello, Asana, or similar)
• Web research using various search engines
• Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
Desired Technical Skills and Experience
Bonus points if you have experience with:
1. SendPulse for email marketing and newsletter management
2. Excel and Mailmeteor for email template setup and campaign management
3. Linktr.ee management for social media campaign scheduling and link organization
Work Schedule and Holidays
This is a part-time, ongoing contract position requiring 15-20 hours per week after completing your onboarding period.
• Schedule: Must be available Monday through Friday between 8am-2pm EST
• Flexibility: Remaining hours can be flexible as long as deadlines are met
• Communication: Must respond to messages within 1 hour during 8am-2pm EST
• Holidays: We honor most Filipino holidays
Salary
To be determined based on experience and assessment results.
