Job Description
We're seeking a talented Instructional Design and eLearning Expert who combines pedagogical expertise with technical skills to create engaging, learner-centered eLearning modules. If you're passionate about understanding how people learn and love crafting interactive content that makes a difference, this role is perfect for you!
Detailed Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Send daily progress reports detailing completed and ongoing tasks through our project management system
2. Create comprehensive storyboards for eLearning modules following our established templates and design documents
3. Develop interactive courses in Rise & Storyline 360 with creative characters, scenarios, and engaging interactions that keep learners motivated
4. Collaborate with SMEs in online sessions to fill content gaps and enhance interactivity (optional)
5. Conduct needs analysis and participate in focus groups to ensure content meets learner objectives (optional)
Required Technical Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role, you must have at least 4 years of experience with:
1. Articulate Storyline 360 - Must be proficient in creating interactions and understanding how to describe them effectively (including 508 Compliance and testing) Note: Articulate 360 License is not provided.
2. Instructional Design principles - Strong grasp of pedagogical concepts and learner-centered design
3. Professional English writing - Exceptional grammar skills and ability to write clear, engaging content for US English audiences

Basic Skills
You'll need to be comfortable using these tools (don't need to be an expert, but should be familiar):
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar)
• Communication platforms (Google Chat, Skype, Slack, email)
• Project management tools (Trello, SmartSheet, or similar)
• Web or AI research using various search engines or AI tools
Desired Technical Skills and Experience
Bonus points if you have experience with:
1. AI tools like ChatGPT for content creation and outline development
2. Video development skills - creating b-roll videos, whiteboard animations, or Vyond scenarios
3. Additional development tools like Camtasia, Audacity, SnagIt, Canva
Work Schedule and Holidays
This is a part-time, ongoing contract position requiring a minimum of 15 and maximum of 20 hours per week (to start) after completing your onboarding period. This role will have a 3-month review where FT hours may be offered depending on performance.
• Schedule: Must be available Monday through Friday between 8am-2pm EST
• Flexibility: Remaining hours can be flexible as long as deadlines are met
• Communication: Must respond to messages within 2 hours during 8am-2pm EST
• Holidays: We honor most Filipino holidays
Salary
To be determined based on experience and assessment results.
