We are building a global music + dance film project. We don’t need TikTok subtitlers, CapCut-only dabblers, or talking-head editors.
We need a sync wizard who can take footage of live musicians + dancers and make them look like they are performing exactly in sync with the master mix. Frame-perfect. Rhythm-driven. Music-first edits.
This role is not for beginners.
Do NOT Apply If:
•You only edit in CapCut, VN, or mobile apps.
•Your experience is mainly talking-heads, vlogs, or corporate slideshows.
•You have no portfolio samples showing music + dance sync.
Apply If:
•You edit in Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
•You’ve cut music videos or choreography pieces with multiple takes.
•You’ve synced musicians in layered mixes (not just single takes).
•You live for rhythm and timing — even 1–2 frame drifts drive you crazy.
•You understand multi-cam workflows and can cut between angles while staying locked to the audio.
Bonus Points If:
•You’ve cut hip-hop, breakdance, or choreography videos.
•You’ve synced multiple instruments to one mix (e.g. violin + drums + vocals).
•You’ve worked directly with choreographers or live dance shoots.
Application Instructions:
When applying, include:
•Portfolio / sample links (must include music or dance sync).
•What software you use.
•Confirmation you’re available for a paid trial THIS WEEK.
Trial Assignment (Paid, $20 flat):
Applicants who pass initial screening will receive a short sync test:
•A master music mix (135–140 BPM)
•One musician clip
•One dancer clip
Your task: Mute the raw audio, sync everything frame-perfect to the mix, and cut so the dancer looks exactly on beat. Deliver both horizontal + vertical exports.
Deadline to Apply: [Insert Date — e.g. Friday, Aug 30th at 11:59 PM PH Time].
Early applicants may be selected before the deadline.
