JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dedicated long-form Video Editor to join our team. Our videos are around 1 hour long, and you will be provided with the full script and voiceover (VA) for every project. Your role is to bring these stories to life through editing, visuals, and integration of AI-generated assets.

???? Responsibilities

Edit Long-Form Videos: Turn provided script + VA into polished, engaging 1-hour videos.
Clip & Content Sourcing: Find relevant footage, stock clips, overlays, and visuals to support the narration.
AI Asset Integration: Use AI tools (images, video clips) to enhance storytelling.
Sound & Pacing: Align visuals with voiceover, add background music/sound effects where appropriate.
File Management: Keep projects well-organized for smooth collaboration.

???? Requirements

Experience editing long-form content (documentaries, commentary, educational, or podcast-style videos).
Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut Desktop.
Familiarity with AI tools for image/video generation (Runway, Pika Labs, ComfyUI, etc.).
Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and audience retention.
Stable internet and reliable computer capable of handling hour-long edits.
Commitment to deadlines and long-term collaboration.

Consistent workflow (5 days per week, full-time).

???? Work Schedule & Compensation

Full-time: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week.
Salary: $500 USD per month (fixed).
