Skyline Photography is a large US-based photography company that works mainly in real estate. We are looking for a reliable assistant to help us manage photo orders. This is a long-term, remote position for someone who wants to grow with the company.
Main tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Selecting and organizing photos for each order
- Sending photos to editors and tracking deadlines
- Renaming, resizing, downloading, and uploading files
- Doing light Photoshop edits when needed
- Checking quality before sending orders to clients
- Helping with virtual tours, floor plans, and other services (training provided)
- Working with tea
Requirements:
Must be available for the split shift (10pm EST for 5-6 hours + 9am EST for 1-2 hours, Monday–Friday)
Knowledge of Google products (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar etc.)
Basic Photoshop skills
Strong attention to detail and organization
Fast learner, open to training on new tools
Fluent in English
Reliable internet and computer
Compensation: $600/month with opportunities to grow as the company expands.
