About Us:
We are a fast-growing Canadian real estate law firm with operations across multiple provinces, including Quebec. As we expand, we are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts and ensure we attract the best candidates for both Canadian and international roles.

Role Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment cycle, from drafting job postings to onboarding successful candidates. This includes proactively sourcing talent across platforms, screening applicants using structured processes, conducting initial interviews, and preparing employment agreements. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, organized, and experienced in building efficient recruitment pipelines across different geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft professional job postings for review and publish them on LinkedIn, Indeed, OnlineJobs.ph, and other platforms.

Proactively identify and engage candidates through direct outreach and sourcing strategies.

Implement efficient screening methods using pre-set questions and assessments.

Conduct structured initial interviews and present shortlists to senior managers for final interviews.

Coordinate the hiring process, including preparing and sending employment agreements using firm templates.

Build and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate quality.

Manage recruitment for both Canadian and international roles, adapting sourcing strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar role.

Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, resume databases, job boards, etc.).

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal; French is an asset.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.

Experience hiring in legal, real estate, or professional services is an asset but not mandatory.

Comfortable working independently and remotely, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
