JOB OVERVIEW

About us
We run fast-moving, humor-driven apparel brands on Shopify using Printify. We also do social media management for other companies
The Role (2 lanes)
Customer Support: Inbox + social DMs, order fixes, Printify reprints/claims, refunds/exchanges. Use judgment to resolve issues without hand-holding.


Product Publishing: Take finalized designs and publish Printify ? Shopify with correct provider, variants, mockups, titles/descriptions/SEO, pricing, collections.


Ownership & Growth
If you have the skills, you’ll also take on intermediate tasks and new responsibilities as they arise—examples: order/ops admin, spreadsheet trackers, simple SOP updates, light Canva edits, basic research, catalog tidy-ups, and ad-hoc QA.
Must-Haves
Self-driven with strong independent decision-making; escalate only when truly needed.
Excellent written English (clear, empathetic, direct).
Process/QA mindset; you improve SOPs when you spot a gap.
Reliable hardware + 25 Mbps stable internet.
Willing to work on US timeline


Nice to Have
Basic Canva/Photoshop for simple mockups, light on-page SEO, basic HTML.
1+ year Shopify listing experience and hands-on Printify.


Tools
Shopify, Printify, Gmail, Google Sheets/Docs, ---------- (primary comms + interviews).
