Virtual Assistant - Call Center for U.S. Self Storage Facilities
Full-Time | Work From Home | Long-Term Position
???? Starting Rate: $7/hr + Sales Bonus (Up to $12/hr total in first year but if promoted earning potential could be as high as $40/hr)
Work Hours: U.S. Business Hours (Monday-Friday 10-6 EST Saturday 3 hours 10-1 EST) Some flexibility in hours by 1 hour

We are a U.S.-based self-storage company looking for a highly motivated, reliable, and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our remote call center team. You will support 3 self-storage facilities, handling inbound sales, customer service, payment inquiries, and coordinating on-site operations with local staff.

If you have great English communication skills, a calm and confident phone manner, and are excited about earning bonuses through sales, we want to hear from you!

???? Your Daily Tasks Will Include:
Answering inbound calls from potential and current tenants

Providing information about unit availability, pricing, and features

Handling billing questions and assisting with payments

Managing upset or emotional customers with professionalism and empathy

Scheduling and coordinating with on-site staff (for maintenance, lockouts, appointments, etc.)

Logging calls and customer interactions in our CRM

Following up on leads and helping close sales

Performing light admin tasks as needed

? Must-Have Qualifications:
Excellent spoken and written English (C1/C2)

Call center or customer service experience NOT Necessary as we want motivated individuals

Strong and friendly phone presence

Comfortable dealing with difficult conversations

Self-motivated and eager to grow income through performance

Quiet work environment and reliable internet (minimum 25 Mbps)

Good computer skills and ability to multitask

Willing to take feedback and apply immediately

CRM systems like Hubspot, Zoho, or Salesforce

Experience with using ChatGPT

Compensation & Benefits:
Base Pay: $7/hour (Paid weekly via Paypal)

Sales Bonus: Earn up to an additional $33 hour plus base salary with performance.
Current positions average between 36-470 monthly in additional commissions
