Looking for a LONG-TERM Video Editor for Our Movie Explainer Youtube Channel

I am looking for an editor to create YouTube Explainer videos about the aspects of popular American movies.

Here are samples of the type of videos we'll be doing (this is the exact style we want):

The length of the video should be 15-25 minutes long and the pay will be $3/minute. (15 minutes = $45.00, 20 minutes = $60.00, 45 minutes = $135.00, etc.)

I am looking for someone who:
-Has experience/work in creating Explainer video content
-Fluent in English
-Knows/likes American movies (particularly in the crime, thriller, and horror genres)
-Be creative and humorous
-MUST be able to edit a MINIMUM of at least 2 videos a week.

I'm seeking someone who is RELIABLE and delivers ON TIME.

Potential contractors will be asked to do a short web interview.

As you can tell, I am looking for the long term video editor and do have high expectations, but keep in mind, this will be consistent weekly work if you are able to provide and this will be compensated quite well. (We also pay bonuses at view milestones). We have been working with 4 video editors already for 6+ months but we need more to join our team!
