Job Title: Go High Level CRM Expert / Project Manager
Location: Remote
Type: Part-time to Full-time (minimum 20 hours per week)
Duration: three-month commitment to start, with potential for subsequent 6-month renewal terms, to permanent flexible position.

About Us: Our firm, Franchise Group, has been in business for over 25 years and has 10+ years of advanced CRM usage experience (with KEAP). We switched to Go High Level six months ago and have built a robust system now in place.
Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Go High Level CRM expert – Project Manager for a long-term engagement with our business brokerage firm. The position is part-time, meaning very flexible but no less than 20 hours a week. We want to see dedicated efforts to improve workflow, actions, follow-ups, build reports, and have ideas to improve our client (buyer leads) interactions.
NEED:
Help make suggestions and improvements in: monitoring lead engagement, ad marketing efforts, (important) lead segmentation / filtering so we can send different newsletter marketing campaigns, measure open / non open rates, re-engage efforts etc.
Our competitors are outpacing us with integration in marketing effort tracking, (being able to send the franchisors a spreadsheet on results), being able to measure lead contact or appointment scheduling rate, AI power SMS replies, appointment scheduling rates etc.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Manage and oversee others to implement features.
Document via “process mapping” client interaction with sales team and workflows.
Strong focus on graphics and image presentation for newsletters and
Strong US English
Available to communicate within normal workday New York time zone hours (our schedule is very flexible so we can work around whenever best for you 8am - 6pm EST.
Three, 20 minutes Zoom / Teams meeting weekly to discuss status of current project, future planned projects, ideas, test results.
Minimum of 3-4 hours daily, focus on our projects to get emersed within the business model and our brand’s needs.
Responsibilities:
• Understand our multiple-brand workflow and specific needs to aid in improving systems, steps, procedures, and presentations to clients.
• Schedule monthly follow-up newsletters to different groups of clients and other brokers, adjusting templates to suit long-term nurture needs.
• Ensure clients move along the sales pipeline with automated follow-ups for both clients and our sales team.
• Provide weekly updates/reports of accomplishments and planned tasks.
• Showcase real-life, active, advanced Go High Level applications you are currently managing.
• Graphic skills to layout newsletters and
• Can you set-up, monitor and test .AI SMS replies
Pre-Hire Job Requirements:
• Must be able to showcase real-life, active, advanced Go High Level applications you are currently managing.
• Understanding the features of real estate applications within Go High Level is helpful.
• Prior to any Zoom meeting, send a link to a short video showcasing your work.
• Ability to provide weekly updates/reports of accomplishments and planned tasks.
• Graphic skills in layout newsletters and
• Strong proofread and grammar skills, in USA base English
Beneficial skills:
• Showcase that you know how to get video place card holders, banner ads, carousel ads, created professional
• Showcase that you know how and where to have short .AI subject matter videos created for YouTube,
