AI Thumbnail Designer YT Channel

Read carefully:

We are a YouTube media company and are looking for a mass AI thumbnail artist.

The task: creating many ai thumbnails for all our YouTube channels.

Here are the details:

1. You'll be given access to an Ideogram account
2. You'll be given titles or topics for videos as a base to create the thumbnails on.
3. For every new niche (there will be over 20 different niches) there will be a new thumbnail style.
4. You'll have to scan the competition and create similar or better thumbnails.
5. You can copy their thumbnails and describe them using chatGPT and having your own twist to it or you can ideate your own concepts.
6. After you find the best thumbnail, you can upload them in the correct mega folder.

We will explain every step more carefully through our communication platform after hire.

It sounds time intensive but once you get the hang of it, it won't take too long.

The workload will fluctuate, especially in the beginning

In the beginning, we won't need as many thumbnails but after a while we will build up to 30 thumbnails+ a day

Payment is $1 for every approved thumbnail, so eventually you could be earning up to $900 if you are the right person and can handle the workload.

We will do a paid test week first to see if you are the right fit.

It will take some time to have everything setup, but after a few days, it will be really straightforward and easy to maintain.

You'll be working closely with the dedicated manager(s) for the channels.

Now for the requirements:

- Knows what makes a good thumbnail
- Knows thumbnail psychology
- Is able to take critique well
- Implements the advice given
- Creating the sample thumbnails

For the technical requirements:

- You need a PC
- Decent wifi

As you can see there are many different thumbnail styles for different niches and we will explain everything in detail later.

For the sample task, create a thumbnail for these 3 titles:

TIP: look for similar videos on YouTube that did well (views wise) and were also posted recently (not 3 or more years ago) and copy that style and put your own angle onto it. You can also use ChatGPT for prompt optimization.
