JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled Google Ads Media Buyer to join our growing healthcare marketing agency. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing multiple Google Ads accounts, with the goal of improving conversions, lowering cost-per-click, and scaling campaigns.

This is a part-time role to start, but there is an opportunity to transition into full-time if performance and workload demand it.

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimise multiple Google Ads accounts (search, display, performance max, etc.)

Conduct ongoing keyword research, ad copy testing, and audience targeting

Analyse campaign performance data and make recommendations for scaling

Track conversions and ensure accurate attribution setup

Stay up to date with Google Ads best practices and new features

Report results and insights clearly and proactively

Requirements:

2–3+ years of proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns

Strong understanding of keyword optimisation, ad rank, quality score, and bidding strategies

Demonstrated ability to drive conversions and reduce CPA

Experience across multiple niches (healthcare experience a plus, but not required)

Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager

Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive problem solver

Good written and spoken English communication

Preferred Skills (not required, but an advantage):

Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)

Familiarity with ClickUp or other project management tools

Background in agency or managing multiple client accounts

Employment Details:

Part-Time (with potential to grow into Full-Time)

Competitive monthly salary based on experience

Flexible working hours, but must be responsive during Australian business hours when needed
