We’re looking for a Sales & Customer Growth Specialist who thrives on connecting with people and can turn inbound interest into long-term recurring customers. If you’re confident, persuasive, and results-driven, you’ll have the chance to directly impact the growth of a company that’s raising the standard for home services.

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound sales calls, quote requests, and web leads.
• Convert inquiries into recurring cleaning customers at premium pricing.
• Run consistent follow-ups (phone, SMS, email) until a decision is made.
• Confidently overcome objections (“too expensive,” “just one-time”).
• Track leads in our CRM and maintain accurate notes.
• Collaborate with our Ops/Customer Experience team to onboard new clients smoothly.


What We’re Looking For

• Sales experience required (closing or inside sales).
• Excellent English (spoken + written).
• Confident, persuasive, and comfortable on the phone.
• Organized and consistent with follow-ups.
• Self-starter with a results-first mindset.
• Availability Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM CST (Texas timezone).
