Influencer Identification & Research:
Proactively search for and identify influencers across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) who fit our target audience and brand aesthetic.
Conduct in-depth research to vet potential partners, analyzing their engagement rates, audience demographics, content quality, and brand collaborations.
Cold Outreach & Relationship Building:
Draft and send personalized, compelling cold outreach messages (via DM,
Track and manage all outreach efforts using a CRM or tracking sheet, ensuring messages are personalized and timely.
Follow up on initial outreach, engage in conversations, and build rapport to move potential collaborations forward.
Collaboration & Negotiation:
Clearly communicate our collaboration opportunities and pitch our value proposition to influencers.
Assist in the initial negotiation of terms (e.g., compensation, deliverables, content rights).
Work closely with the marketing team to align outreach with ongoing campaigns and product launches.
Administrative & Reporting:
Maintain an organized database of influencer contacts and outreach history.
Generate regular reports on outreach performance, including reply rates, successful partnerships, and campaign insights.
Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks related to influencer marketing and partnerships.
