We are looking for a part time bookkeeper/office manager for my accounting firm. The candidate must be able to work from 10am to 6pm Pacific US standard time (1am to 9am Philippine time). Minimum hours needed to work is 20 hours a week.
Candidates should possess the following:
•Excellent English writing skills
•Fluent spoken English
•Professional interpersonal skills
•Self motivator and fast learner who requires minimal supervision once up to speed on your job skills
•Internet and Technology savvy
- Microsoft outlook experience required
- Microsoft word and excel experience required
- Quickbooks experience required
•Ability to multi-task, document accurately, be punctual, and be reliable
•Detail-oriented and organized
•Finds satisfaction in doing their job well and will enjoy having a career in a virtual accounting office
•Bookkeeping and accounting knowledge recommended for advancement
*** 1) Must have High Speed internet capable of making Skype calls for phone meetings, conversations with clients, and research
*** 2) Must be in a quiet environment to ensure professional and undisturbed calls.
*** 3) Must be willing to work only this job
