Remote Marketing & Operations Executive (Philippines Based) – Cleaning & Gardening Company in Melbourne

We are a fast-growing small cleaning and gardening company based in Melbourne, Australia, and we are looking for a talented remote team member in the Philippines who can combine digital marketing, sales, and operations support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Run and optimise Facebook Ads & social media presence to generate local Melbourne leads.
* Coordinate and manage cleaner/gardener schedules using Google Sheets & other tools.
* Handle customer inquiries (via email, social media, phone if required) with excellent English communication.
* Assist with sales outreach to Melbourne clients (NDIS, residential, and commercial).
* Work closely with management to improve operations and client satisfaction.
* Complete ad hoc daily tasks as instructed. Tasks vary day to day but will total approximately 15 hours per week.

Requirements:

* Proven experience with Facebook Ads & social media marketing (preferably for service businesses).
* Strong Google Sheets / admin coordination skills.
* Experience handling schedules/dispatching staff.
* Excellent English (spoken & written) — confident in approaching Australian customers.
* Sales experience in service industries is a plus.
