Data Entry & Consumer Research Assistant (Pet Travel / Facebook Comments)

Overview
I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented assistant to help gather and organise consumer feedback from a specific Facebook page related to pet travel. The goal is to build a research database of real consumer comments and insights that can be used for future projects.

Scope of Work

Collect and review posts and comments from specific Facebook pages (list provided).

Copy relevant comments into a Google Sheet (Google sheet will be provided)

Sheet will include things like:

- Comment text

- Sentiment (positive / neutral / negative)

- Key theme (e.g. pet travel, airline rules, accommodation, safety, health, stress, etc.)

Ensure comments are recorded accurately and without personal identifying info beyond first name (to respect privacy).

Highlight recurring themes and consumer pain points.

Provide weekly progress updates.

Deliverables

A clean, well-structured Google Sheet with all comments and posts logged.

Organised categories/tags that make it easy to identify common topics and sentiments.

Requirements:

- Strong attention to detail.

- Experience with data entry and research (consumer research, product research, or social media monitoring preferred).

- Comfortable working with Google Sheets.

- Familiarity with Facebook (must be able to navigate pages and groups efficiently).

- Good written English for categorising/tagging comments.

Nice to Have:

- Previous experience with market research, sentiment analysis, or social listening.

- Interest in pets, travel, or lifestyle content.

Hours & Budget
- This is a project-based role, with the potential for ongoing work. Please include an estimate of how many comments you can process per hour. A trial of 50 comments would be conducted first.Work Schedule & Salary:

Part-time: 2–3 hours/day, Monday–Friday (10–15 hrs/week).

Salary: $200 USD/month (with potential to increase as role expands).

Flexible working hours, but regular progress updates are required.
