Remote Construction Estimator

Location: Philippines (Remote)
Work Hours: Day shift (aligned with AWST)
Salary: AUD $900–$1,100/month (paid fortnightly)

Mounts Bay Constructions is on the lookout for a detail-driven Construction Estimator to help us manage a growing pipeline of quotes and boost our job conversion rate.

This is a long-term remote role ideal for someone with strong spreadsheet and plan-reading skills, job costing knowledge, and the initiative to work independently. Your work will directly contribute to winning more jobs by helping us deliver fast, accurate, and well-presented estimates.

Key Responsibilities:
• Interpret architectural and construction drawings to identify material and labour requirements
• Perform quantity takeoffs using Groundplan or similar software
• Build and update estimating spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel)
• Record and manage quotes via CRM/job management tools like Ascora
• Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers to clarify project scope, deadlines, and details
• Prepare polished quotation documents for client submission, including variations
• Track and follow up on outstanding quotes or required clarifications
• Organise estimate files, revisions, and backup documentation for audit readiness

What We’re Looking For:
? Experience with residential and carpentry quantity takeoffs.
? Familiarity with project/task management and CRM tools (e.g. Asana, Ascora, or similar)
? Experience using Groundplan or equivalent takeoff software
? Exposure to the Australian construction industry, especially residential or carpentry trades
? Ability to work independently and follow structured workflows with high attention to detail
? Must have reliable PC/laptop, stable internet, and power backup for remote work
