We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Rep to join our credit repair company. This is a full-time remote role with a fixed schedule and specific performance expectations.
???? Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time (US Hours)
???? Pay Rate: $4/hour (paid ONLY for productive client-focused work, tracked with TimeProof)

? Responsibilities:
• Handle client consultations on-call to explain credit reports, processes, and progress.
• Nurture leads & clients through clear communication and follow-up.
• Assist the dispute department in fulfilling client requests.
• Use GoHighLevel (GHL) at an advanced level for CRM, automation, and client management.
• Use DisputeFox at an advanced level for dispute tracking and fulfillment.
• Apply knowledge of the credit repair process to guide clients and help remove negative items.

• Idle time.
• Work unrelated to clients, leads, or disputes.
???? What You WILL Be Paid For:
• Contacting and nurturing clients.
• Nurturing leads and building relationships.
• Doing consultations.
• Helping the dispute department fulfill client requests.

• Advanced understanding of GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Advanced understanding of DisputeFox.
• Strong knowledge of the credit repair process.
• Clear, professional communication skills.
• Must use TimeProof and be open to time tracking.
