DM APPOINTMENT SETTER

Online Calistheincs Coaches DM Setter | $1200AUD/month | 8 hrs/day | Monday–Saturday

We’re looking for a full-time DM Setter to join our fast-growing online calisthenics coaching team. If you’re into fitness, have 10/10 English and know how to guide people toward taking action, this could be for you.

You’ll be chatting with leads on Instagram, following our proven scripts, booking calls, and moving conversations forward. Your goal is simple: help the right people take the next step via their instagram dm's. Book us calls, we'll do the rest.

What you need: At least 2 years of experience in chat-based support or appointment setting, strong written English, confidence handling objections, and a reliable internet connection. Experience in fitness, calisthenics or coaching is a huge plus. You’ll be using tools like Instagram DMs and ManyChat, so being tech-savvy helps. If you’ve worked with Australian clients or in the coaching space, even better.

Hours: 8 hours per day, Monday to Saturday (set your own schedule). You need to be consistent, responsive, and switched on during your shift.

Pay: $1200/month base salary with potential bonuses based on booked calls and performance.
