Lead Generation Specialist – Email & Phone Research

Work From Home – Flexible Hours – Long-Term Role

We are a new commercial cleaning company in the U.S., and we’re looking for a reliable Lead Generation Specialist to help us build accurate, high-quality contact lists of businesses we can serve.


What You’ll Be Doing

Researching and gathering emails, phone numbers, and decision-maker contacts for businesses in our target areas.

Using online tools, directories, and social media (LinkedIn, Google, etc.) to identify qualified leads.
Prefer you have subscriptions to platforms that you already use

Organizing leads into spreadsheets or CRM with correct details.

Ensuring data accuracy (no fake or outdated info).

Working closely with our sales team to provide ready-to-call lists.



What We’re Looking For

Experience with lead generation, data scraping, or online research.

Strong English reading/writing skills (for understanding business listings).

Tech-savvy with tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Google Maps, etc.

Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in delivering results.

Can work independently with minimal supervision.


Pay

Hourly: $2.00 – $5.00 USD (depending on experience).

Performance Bonus: Additional incentives for hitting lead quotas or quality targets.



Hours

Flexible (we care more about results than strict schedules).

Around 20–30 hours per week to start, with potential to scale.
