Our goal is to build a strong community of music lovers worldwide — and we’re looking for someone who can help us grow and engage that audience.

Job Overview
We’re hiring a Social Media & Community Engagement Coordinator to support content strategy, posting, and audience interaction. You’ll work directly with the founder/artist to plan content, upload videos, write captions/descriptions, and engage with fans online.

Responsibilities
• Create and manage a weekly content calendar.
• Upload videos to YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram (captions, descriptions, tags, etc.).
• Write engaging captions that fit our music/brand style.
• Monitor comments and DMs, reply in a friendly/professional voice.
• Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements.
• Provide light editing support when needed (most editing will be handled by the founder).
• Stay updated on social media trends (especially in music).

Qualifications
• Experience managing social media accounts (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok).
• Strong English writing skills for captions and community replies.
• Organized and reliable — able to meet deadlines.
• Familiar with tools like Canva, CapCut, YouTube Studio, or social scheduling apps (Buffer, Later, etc.).
• Bonus: Basic video editing skills.

Work Setup & Compensation
• Remote, part-time (5 hours/week to start, with potential to grow).
• Flexible hours, but some overlap with Canadian time (MST/Calgary) preferred.
