We are a growing vegan lifestyle and wellness brand that inspires people to live healthier, longer, and more joyful lives through food, fitness, and conscious living. We produce digital content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, and we’re looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant (VA) who can handle both video editing and social media management.

This is a long-term role for someone creative, reliable, and organized who enjoys working on digital content and building online communities.

???? Responsibilities
As our VA, you will support the brand by:

Video Editing

Editing raw footage into engaging videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube.

Adding captions, graphics, transitions, and trending audio.

Repurposing long-form videos into short-form clips.

Maintaining brand consistency in all edits.

Social Media Management

Planning, scheduling, and posting content across platforms.

Monitoring comments, messages, and engaging with the community.

Researching trends, hashtags, and competitor content to increase visibility.

Creating simple graphics (Canva or similar).

Tracking analytics and preparing basic reports.

General VA Tasks

Assisting with content organization and file management.

Supporting day-to-day online business operations.

Performing other administrative tasks as needed.

???? Qualifications
Previous VA experience preferred.

Skilled in video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar).

Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube content trends.

Experience managing or supporting social media pages.

Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).

Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent.

Reliable internet connection.
