Luxury Lodging is a rapidly growing short-term rental property management company. We manage high-end vacation rentals with a focus on maximizing revenue, maintaining excellent guest experiences, and delivering consistent communication with property owners. Our team is scaling quickly, and we’re looking for an exceptional Onboarding Manager to lead property onboarding and client setup.

Role Overview

The Onboarding Manager will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient transition for every new property and client into our management system. You’ll coordinate with clients, sales reps, and internal teams to set up properties across our platforms, guarantee accuracy in listings, and create a first-class experience for new owners.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full onboarding process for new properties, from signed contract through live listing.
Communicate with property owners to gather property details, photos, and documents.
Input and verify property information in management systems (e.g., HostAway, PriceLabs, SecureStay).
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, pricing, customer service, vendor relations) to ensure all steps of onboarding are completed.
Provide regular updates to clients and set expectations clearly throughout onboarding.
Audit onboarding workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve efficiency with SOPs and automation.
Track progress of each onboarding and maintain reports for leadership.
Train and guide junior onboarding assistants as the department scales.
Requirements
Proven experience in property management, hospitality, or related onboarding/client management roles.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and spoken English communication.
Comfortable managing multiple projects at once with tight deadlines.
Ability to identify process improvements and create SOPs.
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools quickly (CRM, property management software, automation tools).
Preferred
Previous leadership experience in hospitality, operations, or account management.
Strong problem-solving skills and a client-focused mindset.
