Amazon VA – Product Sourcing & Account Management

We are looking for a long-term Amazon Virtual Assistant to join our growing e-commerce business. This role requires a dual skillset:

Product Sourcing (Online Arbitrage)

Amazon Account Management (Seller Central, Sellerboard, Aura)

Responsibilities
???? Product Sourcing

Conduct daily product research for Online Arbitrage opportunities.

Ensure products meet required KPIs: 30%+ ROI, $3+ net profit, 50+ monthly sales.

Analyze Keepa charts and SellerAmp data to validate product demand, buy box stability, and sales rank.

Submit leads with complete proof (source links, checkout screenshots with tax/shipping included, ROI/margin breakdowns).

Monitor brand restrictions, hazmat flags, IP complaints, and ungating opportunities.


???? Amazon Account Management
Handle Seller Central tasks: listing uploads/edits, stranded inventory, case creation with Amazon support.

Monitor and update Sellerboard for accurate profit/loss tracking.

Manage Aura repricer settings and ensure updates are made regularly to maintain competitive pricing while protecting margins.

Track account health metrics: ODR, late shipment rate, policy violations, and resolve issues quickly.

Assist with inventory planning, shipment creation (FBA/FBM), and restock recommendations.



Requirements
Proven experience as an Amazon VA (sourcing + account management).

Strong knowledge of Seller Central, Sellerboard, and Aura repricer.

Proficiency in Keepa and SellerAmp for product research and sourcing.

Reliable internet connection (with backup) and ability to provide proof.

Strong English communication (written + verbal).

Highly detail-oriented and proactive problem solver.

Performance Metrics
Daily sourcing target: 8+ high-quality leads (flexible if lead quality is excellent).

Account health must remain in green status.
