JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to support me with social media, Airbnb guest communication, and light admin tasks. This role is part-time (around 10-15 hours per week) with flexible hours.

Responsibilities:

Post and schedule content on my personal and business social media accounts

Repurpose captions and content in my style/voice

Assist with Airbnb guest communication (messages, check-in details, FAQs)

Provide light admin support (organizing files, research, scheduling, inbox cleanup)

Requirements:

Strong written English communication skills

Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram) and messaging platforms (Airbnb app, email, etc.)

Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable

Prior VA or hospitality experience is a plus
