Graphic Design Virtual Assistant (Creative Partner for a Meaningful Christian Family Brand)

Be Whole Do Good is a Christian family-focused company creating resources to strengthen homes and hearts. We produce inspiring video series for kids and teens, family workbooks, convention materials, and more—all designed to teach wholeness, faith, and resilience in simple, creative ways. We’re small but growing fast, and every project we create is about impacting lives for good.

Who We’re Looking For

We need a go-to creative partner—a talented Graphic Design Virtual Assistant who can jump in as needed. This is not a fixed-hours role, but an ongoing working relationship where you’ll be our first call for design projects. If this VA is a highly talented graphic designer and has experience and does great work with social media post creation, this could turn into more of a fixed-hours part of full time role.

Core responsibilities:

Create polished, creative designs for:

- Educational workbooks and family guides
- Inspirational posters and printable resources
- Website design elements and assets
- Event and convention materials (flyers, banners)
- Deliver professional, on-brand graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools.

Bonus skills (highly desired but not required):

- Social media content creation (using copy we write and provide) – turning words into scroll-stopping posts and keeping things on-brand.
- Research and light outreach – finding potential influencers/partners and sending initial messages (templates provided).

Requirements

- 4+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Access to professional design software (Adobe Suite, Canva Pro, etc.).
- Verified ID on OnlineJobs.ph.
- Must be available to start right away.
- Willing to work as-needed (flexible hours, but responsive when projects come up).
