Lead AI Video Creator – Turn Kids’ Books into Cartoons

We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy virtual assistant who can turn children’s books into AI-generated cartoon videos for YouTube. After making the full video, you will also create short clips for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

This job is perfect for someone who enjoys storytelling, video editing, and working with AI tools.

What You Will Do
- Take the text of a children’s book and turn it into an 8–10 minute cartoon video using AI video tools
- Use software like Pictory, D-ID, HeyGen, Runway, Synthesia, or similar AI tools
- Create short 30–45 second clips from the full video for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts
- Add background music, captions, and sound effects to make videos fun and engaging for kids
- Deliver high-quality videos on time

What We Need From You
- Experience using AI video creation tools (please list which ones you know)
- Basic video editing skills
- Creativity and understanding of kid-friendly content
- Can work independently and follow instructions carefully
- Familiarity with TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Reels is a plus

Salary & Payment Options
We are flexible and offer three options:
- Per Project – Fixed payment for each completed book + short clips
- Hourly Rate – Paid per hour based on your experience
- Partnership Model – Earn a percentage of ad revenue if we work long-term
