We’re hiring a skilled and ambitious video editor to join our in-house team. You’ll start part-time with a paid trial, and if it’s a great fit, this will grow into a full-time position with bonuses, mentorship, and potential leadership opportunities.

***** YOUR ROLE ******

- You’ll work on high-impact, performance-driven video projects like:
- New ad edits for Meta (these are top priority)
- Short form Instagram Reels/Tiktoks
- Course content edits (longer-form video modules)
- Sales videos for our offers and funnels
- You’ll also use AI tools to create powerful edits (prior AI experience is a huge bonus, but not required — we’ll train you).
- You’ll get clear direction and strong creative references — but we also want your ideas and creative initiative.
- You must be motivated to learn, grow, and sharpen your craft — not just in editing, but in AI creation and marketing as well.

We’re not just looking for someone who can cut clips. We want a true creative contributor. You must:

- Skills & Tools: Be open to learning AI-powered editing tools (like working with an AI-generated version of our co-founder Tyler for B-roll)
- Attitude: Be committed to getting better — this role rewards growth, not perfection
- Initiative: Be proactive with creative choices — not waiting for step-by-step instructions
- Marketing Mindset: Be willing to study marketing principles that make your edits perform (bonuses are tied directly to the performance of your edits)
- Guidelines: Be able to follow detailed editing guidelines when provided
- Commitment: Be available to transition into full-time work after a successful trial
- Communication: Be 100% fluent in English — both written and spoken
- Organization: Be extremely organized and able to manage multiple projects
- Detail-Oriented: Have high attention to detail — the little things matter
- Coachability: Be open to feedback (we grow fast — so should you)
- Reliability: Be able to give accurate ETAs and stick to deadlines

***** COMPENSATION AND BONUSES *****

- Monthly retainer: $600 USD/mo (5 hours/day) — with potential to go full-time
- Performance-based bonuses (on top of base pay):
- $100 bonus: When a full new ad (hook + body) starts scaling
- $30 bonus: When a new hook performs and enters our testing rotation
- We’re constantly producing new ads — meaning you have the potential to earn hundreds of extra dollars per month in bonuses alone. If your work performs, you get rewarded.
