Virtual Assistant – Seller Lead Generation & Outreach

We are looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant to help generate leads and contact motivated property sellers. Your main role will be pulling seller leads, verifying information, and reaching out via phone, and email. This is a short-term, high-impact project with the potential for ongoing work and a pay increase after successful performance.

Work Hours Setup
“This position requires you to work 9 AM – 5 PM EST (US hours), Monday–Friday. Please only apply if you can commit to this schedule.”
Week 1
Wednesday: 9–5 (8 hrs)
Thursday: 9–5 (8 hrs)
Friday: 9–6 (9 hrs)
Breaks: 40 min paid, split on your terms
Ongoing after week 1
“Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm EST).” Total break time per day: 40 minutes paid, can be used as lunch or split into smaller breaks

Responsibilities:
Pull seller leads from PropStream or provided lists. Willingness to train and learn PropStream is required.
Cold call sellers to identify motivated leads.
Track only interested sellers; no need to log dead leads.

Requirements:
Strong English skills, both written and spoken.
Comfortable making 100+ calls/day.
Reliable, motivated, and proactive.
Experience with cold calling or lead generation is preferred.
Willing to learn PropStream.

Hours / Pay:
Week 1: 25 hours/week, focused on high-volume seller lead generation and outreach.
$5/hour to start, with a promised pay raise after successful completion of Week 1 goals.
After Week 1, there may be a one-time pause of approximately 2 weeks, depending on workflow.
Following the pause, hours could increase up to 40 hours/week based on performance and deal flow.

Goal: Generate 4–5 highly motivated seller leads in 1 week to progress toward contracts.

Starting at $5/hour ($500/month USD for 25 hours/week), with potential increase up to $7.50-$10/hour ($1,300-$1700/month USD for 40 hours/week) based on performance.
