Amazon Virtual Assistant (Online Arbitrage Expert) Location: Remote – Philippines only Work Type: Full-time (long-term)

About Us

We operate a 4-year-old Amazon store with Brand Registry. Our business is stable and expanding. We are looking for a highly experienced Amazon VA specializing in Online Arbitrage.
This is NOT for beginners. We will only accept applications from candidates who can prove strong knowledge, provide work samples, and pass a trial test.
Responsibilities
• Perform advanced product research for profitable OA products.
• Analyze ROI, profit margins, sales rank, and competition using tools like Keepa, SellerAmp, Helium 10, Tactical Arbitrage.
• Source products from trusted suppliers and prepare detailed sourcing sheets.
• Maintain spreadsheets of product leads and update with daily reports.
• Monitor Amazon policies to ensure full compliance.
• Assist with account growth strategies while protecting account health.

Strict Requirements
• 2+ years of Amazon VA experience (Online Arbitrage focus).
• Must show minimum 3 proven examples of past OA research sheets or reports.
• Deep knowledge of OA tools (Keepa, SellerAmp, Tactical Arbitrage, Helium 10, etc.).
• Ability to deliver results independently — no babysitting.
• Strong English communication, detail-oriented, and trustworthy.
• Must pass a trial/test task before being officially hired.

Trial Task (Mandatory)

Selected applicants will complete a 24-hour test:
1. We will give you 5 product categories (e.g., Toys, Kitchen, Health, Electronics, Office Supplies).
2. You must deliver at least 3 profitable product leads per category.
3. Each lead must include:
• Supplier link & price
• Amazon ASIN & current Buy Box price
• Sales rank
• ROI & net profit after FBA fees
• Screenshot proof from Keepa or SellerAmp

Failure to deliver accurate and profitable leads = no consideration

Compensation
• Salary: Negotiable (based on experience & trial results).
