eBay & Facebook Marketplace Lister (Remote)

Hello!
We’re a small business selling vintage and secondhand items, looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive remote assistant to help manage product listings on eBay and Facebook Marketplace.

This is a long-term role for someone who’s independent and takes ownership of their work.
We value people who take initiative and don’t need constant follow-ups. If you’re the kind of person who sees what needs to be done and does it — we’d love to work with you.

Responsibilities:
Create and upload product listings on eBay and Facebook Marketplace
Add product photos (images are provided)
Write clear and simple product descriptions
Add correct item details: measurements, condition, category, price, keywords
Keep listings up to date (availability, pricing, etc.)
Maintain an inventory spreadsheet (Google Sheets)
Set up and visually organize the eBay store (banner, layout, categories — initial setup)
Request feedback from buyers after purchase

What We’re Looking For:
Some experience with eBay or Facebook Marketplace (preferred, not required)
Basic photo editing skills (e.g., Canva)
Comfortable using Google Sheets and common online tools
Strong attention to detail
Self-motivated, responsible, and proactive — no micromanagement here
Good communication and reliability

Bonus Skills (Not Required):
Experience with dropshipping
Copywriting or product description writing
Knowledge of eBay/Facebook selling policies
Canva or Photoshop experience

What We Offer:
4 hours/day, 5 days/week (with potential to grow into full-time)
Remote work — flexible, home-based
Hourly pay (rate depends on experience)
