JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing eCommerce brand scaling fast through ads, and we’re looking for a skilled Video Editor who understands direct-response advertising to help us scale.

This is not just a video editing role. We need someone who knows how to create high-converting ad creatives that look native to TikTok, Reels, and Facebook, someone who knows direct-response advertising and is ready to work with us long term.

Your responsibilities:

Brainstorm winning hooks, angles, customer avatars.

Edit UGC and raw footage into scroll-stopping ad creatives.

Repurpose our winning creatives into 10-20 new variations per week.

Add hooks, captions, and CTAs that drive conversions.

Stay on top of TikTok/Meta trends (gossip hooks, storytelling, split screens).

Scrape the internet for content and clips.

Test different angles and emotional triggers.

Requirements:

Experience editing eCommerce ad creatives (TikTok/Reels/Facebook).

Strong understanding of direct-response marketing principles (hook in first 3 sec, urgency, emotional triggers).

Portfolio of past ads (please send links).

Ability to deliver fast and consistent output.

We are looking for editors who understand conversions, not just pretty edits.
