JOB OVERVIEW

We’re an event services company that provides packages for private events, weddings, and parties. We pride ourselves on delivering a smooth and professional client experience.

Responsibilities:

Manage guest communication through our CRM (Go High Level).

Send quotes using pre-written snippets, adjusting price based on guest count and hours.

Follow up with leads who have not responded or completed booking.

Move clients through pipeline stages (lead ? booked ? confirmed).

Create shopping lists for bartenders based on our SOP (provided).

Design event menus in Canva.

Maintain and update Google Sheets to track event details, shopping lists, and assignments.

Send reminders and confirmations before events.

Keep CRM organized and updated daily.

Requirements

Excellent written English (must be able to chat professionally with clients).

Detail-oriented — accuracy in numbers and checklists is key.

Comfortable learning and working inside Go High Level CRM (training provided).

Proficient with Google Sheets (must know formulas, formatting, and data entry).

Familiar with Canva or willing to learn quickly.

Reliable internet and the ability to work consistent hours.

Fast learner who can follow SOPs and improve processes over time.

Compensation

Part time: $320/month with expectation to be full-time eventually.

Long-term role with room to grow.
