Part Time
$200-500$/mo
TBD
Aug 24, 2025
I currently manage 5–7 YouTube channels and I’m looking for a long-term Virtual Assistant who can grow with me. You’ll start with 2–3 channels, mainly in the Formula 1 ????? and Crime ???? niches, but if you prove reliable, there will be opportunities to handle more.
I’m not looking for someone “perfect” with years of experience. What I really need is someone who is willing to learn, work consistently, and stay committed. I will personally provide full training so you can handle all tasks step by step.
This is a role with stable monthly pay and clear growth opportunities.
???? Your Core Responsibilities
Scriptwriting ? No experience required, I’ll train you directly.
Thumbnail creation ? You’ll work with ready-made templates.
Basic video editing ? Just simple cuts + adding B-Roll (sources provided).
Uploading to YouTube ? You’ll handle final publishing (title, description, tags).
???? Video Details
All content is long-form (20+ minutes).
You’ll start with 1–2 uploads daily (consistency is key).
I’ll provide websites, YouTube channels, and sources for B-Roll, but you’ll need to edit them properly to avoid copyright issues.
Once you are comfortable, you’ll have the chance to handle more channels, which will mean higher monthly pay.
???? Salary & Growth
Starting pay: $200–500/month, depending on performance.
Payments made monthly.
Growth path:
Handle more uploads ? earn more.
Manage more channels ? salary increases further.
Long-term stability with potential bonuses based on results.
This is not a one-time gig. I’m looking for someone who wants to build a long-term partnership and grow as the channels grow.
???? Communication
All communication will be through Discord video messages.
You must be able to reply quickly and be reliable every day.
