JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Virtual Assistant to support a top-performing real estate agent team with cold calling, CRM management, client follow-up, and lead nurturing.

If you have a background in sales, telemarketing, or outbound calling, and are ready to work with a fast-paced U.S.-based real estate team, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
-Make daily outbound cold calls to potential leads (provided)
-Qualify leads and set appointments for the agent
-Follow up with warm leads via phone, email, and text
-Perform light admin tasks as needed (email management, calendar coordination, etc.)

What We’re Looking For:
-At least 1-2 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, sales, or virtual assistant role (preferably in real estate)
-Excellent spoken and written English
-Confident on the phone with strong communication and persuasion skills
-Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
-Fast, reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment

Work Schedule:
· U.S. business hours (CST preferred)
· Part-time (20 hours/week)
· Monday to Friday
