Dear Applicant,

We’re a fast-growing USA-based e-commerce brand launching a new U.S. store, and we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented VA to create product creatives in Canva and launch Facebook campaigns in Meta Ads Manager. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who follows SOPs precisely and wants to grow within a fast-moving team.

Your daily tasks will include:

– Creating 5 creatives per collection (25 total per day) in Canva
– Using product images, competitor examples, and our proven creative frameworks to produce scroll-stopping designs
– Launching 5 simple CBO campaigns in Meta Ads Manager daily
– Following SOPs to set budget, country, creatives, and ad copy
– Double-checking every campaign before publishing to avoid costly errors

Requirements:

– Canva experience with product ad creatives (must)
– Experience with Meta (Facebook) Ads Manager (must)
– Strong attention to detail — a single ad error can cost hundreds (must)
– Good communication and English comprehension (must)
– Experience working with eCommerce or dropshipping teams (preferred)
– Willingness to follow SOPs precisely and work independently

Availability:

– You must deliver 5 new ad campaigns and 25 creatives every day (templates/SOPs provided)
– Workload is approximately 3 hours per day, 7 days a week
– If you wish to take a day off (e.g. Sunday), you are expected to work ahead of schedule (e.g. do 10 campaigns on Saturday)
– Target weekly output: ~175 creatives (25/day × 7 days)

Compensation:

– Starting rate: €1.50/hour (? $1.80 USD)
– Approximate workload: ~3 hours/day, 7 days/week (? €135/month at the starting rate)
