Ecommerce Graphic Designer – AI-Generated Image Ads (DTC eCom · Meta & Google Ads)

We're a German-market DTC pet brand scaling our supplement line, and we're looking for a designer who lives at the intersection of AI image generation and direct-response advertising. This is not a traditional "make it pretty" design role — it's a high-velocity creative role where you'll generate, prompt, and assemble scroll-stopping static ads for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads, mostly using AI tools.

What you'll do

- Generate high-converting static image ads for our supplement line using AI tools as your primary workflow
- Write and refine prompts to produce product images for different use cases and ad angles (lifestyle, before/after framing, - ingredient/mechanism visuals, problem-aware hooks, seasonal concepts, etc.)
- Take creative briefs, hooks, and offer angles from our marketing team and turn them into test-ready creative, fast
- Produce many variations per concept so we can test heavily across Meta and Google
- Stay current on visual trends in the pet niche and the Meta/Google ad landscape

Tools you must know

Higgsfield – AI image/video generation
ChatGPT – including image generation and prompt iteration
Nano Banana (Google's Gemini image model) – product and scene generation
StaticFlow – ad creative production
Canva – assembly, layout, and finishing

Requirements

Proven, hands-on experience generating static ad creatives with AI tools for eCommerce/DTC brands. We will not consider applicants without real experience using AI tools to generate static ads — this is non-negotiable.
A portfolio showing AI-generated ad creatives you've made (required — no portfolio, no consideration)
Strong grasp of direct-response design principles: visual hierarchy, hooks, and offer communication
Ability to deliver fast and manage many ad variations at once in a test-heavy environment
Knowledge of or genuine passion for the pet niche is a strong plus
