Shopify Store & Operations Growth Manager

???? Key Responsibilities
As our Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for keeping the business efficient, organized, and growing. Tasks include:

- Shopify & Stores Management.
- Overseeing order fulfillment and backend communication.
- Handling apps, integrations, and ensuring smooth store operations.
- Operations & Team Management.
- Hiring, training, and supporting VAs or tea ---------- mbers as needed.
- Streamlining processes and building efficient SOPs.
- Coordinating customer service and backend support.
- Managing email Marketing & Growth (Klaviyo or similar).
- Improving & Tracking performance KPIs.


???? Required Skills & Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who is:

- Experienced with Shopify (store setup, troubleshooting, fulfillment).

- Skilled in email marketing tools (Klaviyo preferred).

- Strong in organization and communication.

- Able to manage tasks independently with a problem-solving mindset.

- Comfortable with tools like Slack, Trello, Gorgias/Zendesk (a plus).

- Leadership experience in managing or coordinating a team is highly valued.
