Job Overview: We're on the lookout for a dynamic and self-motivated Virtual Assistant to bolster our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in devising strategies and executing them to propel our business operations and sales forward. While experience in retail or a passion for fashion is highly desirable, we welcome applicants from all backgrounds who demonstrate a commitment to collaboration, innovation, efficiency, and possess a strong work ethic.

The candidate should be:

Technical Requirements:
Internet speed must be 25 Mbps or better. Verification through a speed test at speedtest.net is required (a screenshot of the results should be submitted).

Core Duties Include:
High-level content creation, including video creation and editing
Administrative tasks, such as email management, data entry, and calendar management
Social media management, including audience engagement, post scheduling, caption creation, hashtag research, and competitor analysis
Assisting with internal and external workflows and processes, including SOP creation and template design
Maintain up-to-date lead data in the CRM, ensuring proper tagging and categorization.
Execute newsletters, nurturing, and cold email campaigns for new and existing leads.
Sales tasks, such as sending follow-ups, creating and managing sales funnels.
Researching news/ topics that we can educate to our core audience.

Must be available during EST business hours. Flexibility in hours is provided based on assignments.
