Job Title:
Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Ecommerce & Fashion (Remote / Philippines Preferred)
About The Business:
The client's business is a premium fashion and lifestyle brand, creating thoughtfully crafted sleepwear, bridal, and limited-edition collections. We deliver exceptional experiences to customers worldwide and are looking for a dynamic COO to manage the entire business while we scale globally.
The Role:
You will be the right-hand person to the founder, overseeing all aspects of the business, including ecommerce operations, logistics, inventory, vendor management, and team leadership. You will also help shape strategy, growth, and business execution, ensuring the brand continues to operate efficiently while scaling.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end ecommerce operations: fulfillment, inventory, shipping, and returns
Oversee cross-border logistics, vendors, and partnerships
Lead and manage a growing team
Collaborate with marketing, finance, and creative teams to align operations with business goals
Implement scalable processes and drive operational efficiency
Contribute to business strategy, growth planning, and P&L management
Serve as the day-to-day decision-maker for operational and business issues
Requirements:
7+ years in ecommerce or retail operations, with senior management experience
Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or DTC brands strongly preferred
Proven ability to manage global operations, teams, and vendors
Strong understanding of inventory, fulfillment, logistics, and P&L
Comfortable working remotely and making autonomous decisions
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
