Cold Calling Specialist (No Competition Industry)

We are hiring a Cold Calling Specialist to generate leads and schedule estimates for multi-family roof preservation projects (30k–100k+ sqft asphalt & flat roofs). This is a high-demand niche with very little competition.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls (B2B & B2C) to property owners, managers, and investors
- Qualify leads, set appointments, and follow up consistently
- Assist with sending project estimates and updating CRM records
- Work overnight (U.S. time zones) to reach decision-makers

Requirements
- 9/10 English accent with excellent spoken communication
- Proven cold calling or telesales experience
- Confident, persistent, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently during graveyard shifts
