We are a fast-growing Sales Organization looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to manage HR, payroll, and team support operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll & Finance
- Process weekly payroll using reports provided by our ISP partner.
- Apply the correct formulas to calculate payouts, manager overrides, clawbacks, reserves, reimbursements, and allowances.
- Keep detailed records and ensure accuracy in all calculations.
- Address payroll discrepancies directly with sales reps in a professional manner.
HR & Recruitment:
- Post job ads on Indeed and other platforms a few times per week.
- Coordinate and schedule 3–5 new rep interviews weekly.
- Support onboarding by sending agreements, collecting new hire documents, and updating records.
Communication & Meetings:
- Act as the main point of contact for reps regarding payroll and HR-related questions.
- Join the weekly ISP partner meeting as our finance manager, sharing updates when needed.
- Communicate effectively with managers and reps on payroll status, adjustments, and approvals.
Requirements:
- Strong background in HR, payroll, or financial admin support.
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets (must know how to apply formulas for commissions, overrides, and deductions).
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Prior experience in sales commission structures is a plus.
