JOB OVERVIEW

Position: Talented Graphic Designer – LinkedIn Visual Assets Specialist
Location: Remote (UK Time Zone Preferred)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reports to: Company Owner

Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with proven expertise in crafting eye-catching visual assets specifically for LinkedIn. This role supports both our founder's personal brand and our premium client portfolio at Story Arc, our personal brand management agency.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience creating LinkedIn content formats, a strong aesthetic sense, and deep understanding of what makes LinkedIn visuals perform. You must already be familiar with LinkedIn asset creation and have a track record of designing content that stops the scroll and drives engagement.

If you thrive on designing cheat sheets, carousel guides, infographics, and realistic illustrations, and have proven experience with LinkedIn visual content creation, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities
1. LinkedIn Visual Content Creation:
Design engaging and professional visual assets specifically for LinkedIn, including cheat sheets, carousel guides, infographics, and visual illustrations
Create scroll-stopping designs optimized for LinkedIn's format and audience behavior
Must demonstrate existing familiarity with LinkedIn content trends, formats, and performance drivers

2. Brand Consistency Across Clients:
Create visual content for our founder's personal brand and Story Arc's premium client portfolio
Maintain distinct visual identities while ensuring professional quality across all accounts
Adapt design approaches to suit different industries and executive personas

3. Advanced Design Tool Mastery:
Expert use of MidJourney to craft realistic, high-quality illustrations integrated seamlessly into LinkedIn assets
Advanced Canva, InDesign, and Adobe proficiency for polished, professional designs
Organize templates and assets for consistency across multiple brand campaigns
4. Quality Assurance & Optimization:
Ensure all designs are optimized for LinkedIn's specifications and mobile viewing
Review and refine designs for maximum impact and readability
Stay current with LinkedIn's evolving visual content trends and algorithm changes

Required Skills and Experience
Essential: Proven track record creating visual content specifically for LinkedIn with demonstrable results
Essential: Must already be familiar with LinkedIn asset creation, formats, and performance metrics
Expert knowledge of Canva, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite
Proficiency in MidJourney for generating high-quality, realistic illustrations
Strong graphic design skills with exceptional attention to detail, color theory, and professional layout
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for LinkedIn engagement tasks
Deep understanding of what makes LinkedIn content visually engaging for professional audiences
Experience working with executive-level and B2B professional content

Preferred Qualifications
Background in visual design, graphic design, or related fields
Experience creating content for executive personal brands or premium business clients
Portfolio demonstrating LinkedIn content that achieved high engagement rates
Knowledge of additional design tools (Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator)
Understanding of personal branding principles for business leaders
