Shopify Expert + CSR + Creative VA

Salary: $300–$350/month
Schedule: Flexible

We’re looking for someone who’s detail-oriented, reliable, and excited to wear different hats — from managing our Shopify store, to supporting customers, to helping with creative tasks like editing images and videos. If you’re a fast learner and love variety in your work, this might be perfect for you!

Shopify Tasks

Manage orders (tracking, fulfillment, refunds, exchanges).

Upload & update products (descriptions, images, pricing).

Keep inventory updated.

Check for errors (broken links, stock mismatches, etc.).

Do basic theme edits (adjusting text/images, product pages).

Create & share discount codes.

Customer Service Tasks

Reply to customer emails (shipping, returns, refunds).

Handle social media comments/messages.

Escalate bigger issues to the team when needed.

Creative VA Tasks

Upscale & edit images.

Simple video editing for product/UGC content.

Create basic ad creatives (banners, product highlights).

What We’re Looking For

Strong attention to detail.

Good English & communication skills.

Comfortable with Shopify (or willing to learn quickly).

Fast learner who can adapt to new tasks.

Friendly, reliable, and consistent.
